Return & Refund Policy


In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed:

1.1 “Buyer” means the individual or entity purchasing Goods, Fish, Shrimp, or Plants;

1.2 “NMS Aquatics” means the entity by or through which the Goods, Fish, Shrimp or Plants are sold to Buyer;

1.3 “Goods” means any equipment, chemical, medicine or fish food agreed by Seller to the Customer, by way of sale;

1.4 “Fish, Shrimp, Plants” are living animal is not consider “Goods”, therefore terms and conditions pertaining “Goods” will not apply.


2.Return, Refund and Replacement of Goods

All Goods sold on this website is covered under 7 Days Return Policy;  

2.1 Buyer may, contact NMS Aquatics via Live Chat, request to return the purchased Goods to NMS Aquatics in exchange for a replacement. Buyer shall ensure that the purchased Goods is returned to NMS Aquatics within 7 calendar days from the delivery date, depending on the applicable Return Policy. For avoidance of doubt, the countdown starts from the date the Buyer received the purchased Goods to the post stamp date on the return parcel. In case of damaged Goods, please contact NMS Aquatics within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to expedite the claim process.

2.2 Buyer may only apply for return of the purchased Goods in the following circumstances:

2.2.1 the Goods delivered to Buyer is defective and/or damaged on delivery;

2.2.2 the Goods delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by NMS Aquatics in the listing of the Goods;

2.2.3 the Goods delivered to Buyer does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, specification, etc.) stipulated in the order.

2.3 Notwithstanding Clause 2.2 above, Goods are returnable except for “change of mind” request. Buyer is to ensure that product is not opened, as otherwise it will not be accepted for return.

2.4 Notwithstanding Clause 2.2 above, return of Fish, Shrimp or Plants purchased are not allowed.

2.5 No refund for all purchased Goods, Fish, Shrimp, or Plants.

2.6 Questions and complaints with regards to returns; Buyer may contact NMS Aquatics directly via Live Chat.
